1. Service
MakeMyBookCover provides AI-generated book cover images via FAL.ai's gpt-image-2 model. Output is intended for the title and author you submit; you are responsible for ensuring the metadata you provide is yours.
2. License
Once you've paid for a cover, you receive a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free commercial license to use the generated image for the book you submitted, including: print & ebook covers on Amazon KDP, Apple Books, Kobo, etc., marketing materials for that book, and your author portfolio.
We retain the right to use anonymized output snippets for system improvement and showcase galleries (with no PII).
3. Acceptable use
- No covers depicting real public figures without consent
- No CSAM or otherwise illegal content
- No reverse-engineering or scraping the service
4. Subscription & cancellation
Subscription plans renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard→ Manage subscription; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Refunds
See our Refund Policy. Short version: 7-day refund on your first paid charge minus credits consumed, email support@makemybookcover.com.
6. Liability
Service is provided “as is”. Maximum liability is the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
