Within the first 7 days of your first paid charge, we'll refund the full amount minus the credits already consumed. Email support and we sort it the same business day.

How to request

1. Email support@makemybookcover.com from the email on your account
2. Include “Refund” in the subject
3. We process within 1 business day; the refund lands on your card 1-10 business days after we trigger it (Stripe timing)

What's not covered

• Charges older than 7 days
• Already-downloaded high-resolution covers (covered under your commercial license — see Terms)
• Subscription renewal periods after the first charge

Effect on your covers

After a refund, your account reverts to the free tier. Already generated covers remain accessible in your dashboard but downloads switch back to the watermarked version (the high-res unwatermarked file is permanent if you downloaded it before the refund).
