Common questions.
What counts as one AI Generation?
One AI Generation means one successfully created new AI visual result. Initial generation and Variation use 1 AI Generation. Structural, character, scene, object, or style changes use 1 only when a new artwork version succeeds. Text wording, typography, formatting, Front Export, and re-downloading use 0. There is no separate edit allowance. Requests that fail, time out, are canceled, or create no new version do not consume the final allowance.
How are Project Full Wrap exports charged?
Project Full Wrap uses 0 AI Generations because it formats an existing visual result into a print-ready PDF; it does not create a new AI visual. Retrying, re-downloading, failed exports, Project Front PNG/JPG exports, and the standalone Ebook→Paperback Converter also use 0.
Is this a subscription?
No. Both tiers are one-time payments — pay once, use the AI Generations over the next 12 months. No auto-renewal, no surprise charges, no cancel button to find.
What happens after 12 months?
Unused paid AI Generations expire. We email you 14 days before, and again 1 day before, with a one-click reload. Covers and project files you already created remain in your dashboard.
Can I download my covers in 4 years?
Yes. Generated covers stay in your dashboard permanently — even after AI Generations expire. Re-downloading an existing cover uses 0 AI Generations.
Are the covers KDP-compatible?
Every paid download exports as 1600 × 2560 PNG — exactly the cover size Amazon KDP recommends for ebooks, so you should not need to resize it. Free results are delivered as a watermarked 1080px-wide JPG for evaluation; the watermark is what makes it unpublishable, not the size. Choose Basic or Pro for the clean file.
Refunds?
If your first paid covers come back unusable (legibility issues, malformed text, anything genuinely broken) email us within 7 days and we issue a full refund minus what was consumed. Honest standard.
